A recent survey by A.T. Kearney analysis revealed that one of the biggest things people are looking for in their jobs is a sense of joy.

Nearly 90% of employees expect to experience a substantial degree of joy at work, but only 37% actually experience it!

This points to a obvious “joy gap” in the workplace.

With resilience in mind, organizations are reimagining their workplaces, improving communications, and boosting employees' positive feelings towards the workplace.

The truth is, each of us has different needs and desires, which means that any attempt to create a "one size fits all" solution for fostering joy in the workplace will likely leave some employees unfulfilled.

Instead, we should be looking for ways to create different solutions for different people—and that's where AI can help.
